Inspired by the notion of hauntology (Imagined by the philosopher Jacques Derrida and music critic Mark Fisher), in his new creation Steven Michel — a performer for the likes of Jan Martens, Vania Vaneau and Maud Le Pladec — proposes a reflection on erasure and memory, incarnation and disappearance.
In this multifaceted work, the four performers move as if floating, summoning to the stage the ghosts of the past whose paradoxical presence questions both our liminal spaces and the limits of our mental perception.
A glitch or déjà-vu? Maybe… maybe not.
A playful journey to stimulate our serendipity? Absolutely!
