La table verte forms a part of Marco Berrettini’s overall artistic approach, which examines the choreographic landscape in the light of the humanities. This three-year project includes seminars and workshops, working in collaboration with the dance researcher Alice Gervais-Ragu. Combining elements of a scientific conference, a team game and a dance performance, La table verte opens up a discussion on the place of dance in our society. Eight participants, from fields as varied as choreography, politics, science, craft, anthropology, history, literature and the arts, exchange their views and fuel the discussion.
