Looking back on my career with Protéiforme_, my first solo work created in 2021/2022, Ailleurs, a duet created in 2023/2024, and my self-taught training, I realize that three major themes emerge in my approach to a subject and creating a meaningful work.
1. Identity: I question what makes a dancer unique, particularly when they come from a background where technique and codes structure their practice.
2. The plasticity of the body – the material body: Coming from breakdancing, a discipline focused on self-improvement, technical difficulty, and creative originality, I developed a fascination with the body's physical capabilities and its relationship to form, whether geometric or organic.
3 Access to theatricality and storytelling through the body: I am convinced that movement can tell everything, in all languages and contexts. This is why I pay particular attention to expressive neutrality, in order to prioritize the narrative elements and place the body and movement at the center of the experience.
€10 per day / €45 per week
Workshops and Morning Classes are now payable on-site. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

If you are not present 15 minutes before the start of your workshop or Morning Class, Charleroi danse reserves the right to release your place and reassign it to another participant.
