This is an intense dance workshop based on the practice of proposed for the daily creation of instant pieces of dance, from individual to more complex structures and group performance compositions.
Emphasis will be in allowing dance to unfold through our sensory bodily experiences and our creative thinking. Internal resonances, outer inputs, leads and accents, isolations of actions, speed, energy and flow are some of the concepts to dig on deeper layers.
By challenging and improving the dancer’s and group physical perception and alertness, constantly refining what else can be done with the materials at hand, exploring how movement and ideas can be redirected, craving for a constant expansion of our dance and dance skills, allowing our ideas to take volume - or shrink- in space , effectively using our body as a tool of communication: group will influence each other, becoming more porous, renovating choices when moving with a completely open, unbiased mind.
Participants will interconnect and transform themselves as a whole, creating and spontaneously developing movement narratives, inviting new realities to emerge with wonder for the unexpected.
€10 per day / €45 per week
Workshops and Morning Classes are now payable on-site. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

If you are not present 15 minutes before the start of your workshop or Morning Class, Charleroi danse reserves the right to release your place and reassign it to another participant.
