A transgressive gesture to open Charleroi danse’s 26.27 season at La Raffinerie : the creation of a doorway!
The Multipurpose hall will have its own entrance into the Cassonade courtyard, a social speak-easy for solidarity, created by Alwakan. Within this spatial breach, a broader form of nightlife is being invented, where community-based artistic and dynamic practices come together to reconfigure the conventions of the institution. Vestiaire will develop from late August to December, with a clubbing schedule put in the hands of guest artists.
