The workshop is rooted in Melting Pot, an ever-evolving dance practice designed to foster dialogue and exchange among dancers of different styles and expertise. It provides a space for participants to express a wide range of emotions and helps build self- confidence through a shared feeling of togetherness.

Rhythm plays a central role, facilitating exchange and strengthening a sense collectivity. The workshop combine diverse somatic movement practices and blends the learning process with a playful attitude, where creativity and recreation go hand in hand, allowing us to connect with our visceral selves.
